What’s the best family car? Answering that definitively is almost impossible, even for a title that has been steeped in all things automotive for almost 130 years.

Whether you're a new parent juggling work or someone who's constantly hauling kids and their seemingly endless piles of stuff, there are several cars out there that fit the 'family wagon' bill.

When my kids were in bulky car seats, a Skoda Kodiaq-type SUV made more sense, now a Golf-sized hatchback is enough. I love the idea of the 3 Series Touring because it still makes solo drives fun, but seven seats are priceless on holiday runs. I always factor in finance and running costs too, the same way I double-check things like the Regional Acceptance customer service number before signing anything important. Comfort, boot space and easy cleaning beat gadgets every single time.
We plan to buy Skoda Kodiaq.
Kia Sorento is the best for our family.
