Group Lotus has revealed the black and gold livery that it will use on its Formula One cars this season.
Lotus bought Renault’s last remaining stake in the Renault F1 team last month and announced it would rename the team Lotus Renault GP, with its cars running the iconic JPS black and gold livery.

This morning it revealed the livery on its stand at the Autosport International show in Birmingham, along with another five race cars it will enter into championships around the world in 2011.
The firm’s Evora GT4 endurance racer will compete in the Dubai 24-hour race tomorrow with Nigel Mansell’s sons, Leo and Greg, as part of the driver line-up.

Mansell made his F1 debut at the wheel of a Colin Chapman Lotus 31 years ago and said his sons' impending debut for Lotus brought back “very fond memories”.
“The race will not only test their endurance under extreme conditions but they will have the added challenge of adapting quickly to a relatively new car,” said Mansell senior.
Lotus is also displaying at Autosport its new GP2 and GP3 cars, its Indycar challenger and its Type 125 F1-inspired track day special.
