Our lives are increasingly ruled by technology. Our homes are brimming with the latest gadgets, and it’s natural that buyers now want their cars to be compatible with their smartphones and other devices.

The Ssangyong Tivoli will please anyone seeking an affordable car that’s also packed with tech to make the journey safer and more entertaining. To find out more, watch this video.

The Tivoli has USB and HDMI sockets, enabling you to connect your devices with ease, along with two 12V power sockets just in front of the gear lever. The EX and ELX models come with a 7in central touchscreen as standard, which features crisp, high-resolution graphics. Connect your phone via Bluetooth, or the auxiliary or USB inputs, and you can stream your favourite tunes to the six-speaker stereo.

The ELX model also includes TomTom European navigation as standard, and both EX and ELX trims feature a reversing camera.

Every Tivoli features steering wheel-mounted controls that let you operate the audio, make hands-free phone calls and activate the cruise control. Behind the scenes is even more technology to keep you safe, including seven airbags, an electronic stability programme, brake assist, hill-start assist and active roll-over protection.
